Where to Hang Halloween Banners in London
Brick fascias take screws through brass eyelets. Bar windows take suction hooks for a 3ft x 2ft window banner. Railings outside pubs work with cable ties. If you have scaffolding nearby in central London, use cable ties through the eyelets for a clean fix that the wind cannot lift.
