1. Bespoke Banner Orders
Because every banner we print is custom-made to your artwork, the standard 14-day "cooling off" right to cancel (under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) does not apply once printing has started. This is because the item is specifically made to your personalised specifications.
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve the printed proof.
2. If the Banner Is Faulty
If your banner is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved proof:
- Tell us within 7 days of collection or delivery
- Send a clear photo of the issue to hello@bannerprintingsameday.co.uk
- We will either reprint the banner free of charge or refund you
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. If the Banner Is Not What You Expected
Because we send a digital proof for approval before every print run, we cannot refund or reprint for:
- Design preferences (colours, layout) that match the approved proof
- Size or orientation that match the approved proof
- Text or image content that matches the approved proof
Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
4. Colour Accuracy
Screens display colours in RGB, but we print in CMYK ink. Some colour shift is inevitable when converting between the two. Our CMYK vs RGB guide explains this in plain English.
We cannot refund for colour differences between your screen preview and the final banner, unless the printed banner clearly does not match the proof we sent you.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. Card refunds typically appear in 3-10 working days depending on your bank.
6. Delivery Issues
If your banner is lost or damaged in transit by our courier, we will file a claim with the courier and arrange a reprint or refund. Report any delivery issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
7. Reprint Promise
Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a BPSD Reprint Promise: if you are not happy with the final banner for any reason within 7 days, let us know and we will reprint it free. We stand behind our work.
